Now for oils..the medium of the masters!

Starting with a turpentine mix as a base, you build with colour and linseed oil mix. I also mix varnish to speed drying and finished effect.( Gloss or Satin.)  Not quick drying but gives the 'old master' look! The frame is very important and it pays to have it done by a professional. 

Can be painted on wood or prepared canvas, the latter being best.
